SUPPORTED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS

Social and Recreational Activities
Attending various activities, allows for independence and freedom. We support 18 people who still live at home with their families, to access the community, through a variety of activities from attending the Gym, College, Voluntary work or on occasion a weekend of full support to give people some time away from their family
Family Support Program
Our role is to support , not only the person with the learning disability, but also their family and friends who will all take on an altered set of responsibilities.
We work with each person, and with those who know them best, in order to identify where they wish to live, who with and what sort of support they require from staff.

Independent Living Skills
At home assistance for everyday tasks, giving 24/7 support. We support 19 people who live in their own properties and receive some support to do the everyday jobs of running a home, being a member of their local community, and occasionally something more and receive 24/7 support.
Organising Fun Days
At W.I.L.L., we believe that every moment should be filled with joy, connection, and community spirit, especially for those with learning disabilities. That’s why each year, we host our annual Fun Day, a celebration designed to bring smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories to everyone who attends.
Our Fun Days are all about inclusivity and enjoyment, offering a range of exciting activities that cater to all ages and abilities. Whether it’s enjoying delicious Fish and Chips by the seaside, taking a refreshing drink break, or embarking on a private tour of the Hoylake Lifeboat Station, there’s something for everyone.

‘Together We WILL’
Our motto embodies the spirit of collaboration and determination that drives our organisation. It reflects our commitment to working together to achieve positive outcomes and make a lasting impact within the community for the individuals we support.
25 Years in Existence
Reaching our 25th anniversary in 2025 is a moment of immense pride and gratitude for everyone involved with WILL. This landmark is the result of collective dedication and commitment, not just the efforts of one individual. Each person, past and present, has contributed to our journey, and their hard work is reflected in this achievement.

Over the past quarter of a century, WILL has encountered both challenges and triumphs. Whether during periods of growth or times of uncertainty, the unwavering support of our staff and families has remained a constant. Their loyalty and professionalism have been fundamental in shaping our organisation into the respected and successful company it is today.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all staff members, whether they joined us at the start or more recently. Your creativity, perseverance, and camaraderie have been vital to our success, and WILL is sincerely thankful for your valuable contributions.
To the families and loved ones of those we support, your trust, support, and partnership mean the world to us. You have entrusted us with the care and well-being of your family members, and we are honoured to play a role in their lives. Your involvement, encouragement, and love have been instrumental in our success.
To our friends and the wider community, your support no matter how big or small has enriched the lives of those we serve and supported our growth. The spirit of collaboration, compassion, and kindness has helped forge a supportive and welcoming environment, making WILL what it is today.
As we celebrate 25 years of achievement, friendship, and progress, we look ahead to many more successful years to come, grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.
